PREFERRED TEAM DATABASE

Instantly create profiles for your preferred team so that you can deal directly with those companies that are most important to your business. Once established, profiles are self maintained by your project team members and hold all of the information you will need moving forward. Key contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, contract compliance documents – workcover, public liability, licensing details and much more. If you have a large number of profile to create, talk to us about getting all of the information imported and immediately established for use.

PROJECT CLOUD

Configure your “Project Cloud” to work the way you want it!.

a) My Staff – Individual staff profiles can be created to put you in complete control of system and project security. Staff profiles can be established with different levels of permissioning and individual staff members can be allocated to different projects.

b) My Folders – The BIO Folder System has been developed to accommodate for the creation of multiple folder groups. By utilizing the “parent” folder system you will be able to create sub folder groups to accommodate for different stages in the construction process. For example, you many have a different way of structuring your documents through Tender than what you have during the Live Construction process.

c) BIO Templates – Templates allow you to quickly load a project and manage what contractors and products are required on the project. Customise and build as many templates as you like, to suite how you operate. You also have the ability to copy and edit old templates to speed up this part of the process.

d) Document Purpose – The document purpose is used to identify the purpose of your documentation. For example - for Tender, Construction, Review, Information.

e) Correspondence Type – A critical component of the power in the BIO system. Establish key correspondence form so to be used throughout the project: You can create as many as you want and call them whatever you want. For example: Site Instruction, Variation, Request for Information, Memo’s.

f) Team Folders – Team folders can be established to enable you to link groups of contractors and suppliers together form your overall preferred team list. For example you may choose to set up a preferred team of contractors that you work with on Commercial Construction Projects, which would be different to your Civil Construction or Domestic Construction contractors.

BIO CORRESPONDENCE TOOL – INCLUDING REGISTERS & SYSTEM ALERTS

BIO offers a fully integrated email notification and online correspondence tracking system with instant form creation and numerical ordering on a “per project” basis. Easy reporting allows the project owner to filter and print registers, such as an RFI Register, Site Instruction Register for each project allowing for simple follow up and review.

Incorporated into the BIO system correspondence and notifications system is the ability to set “reply by” dates as well as system alerts if responses are not received when required.

Remove your reliance on individual project team’s email. The system stores all transactions and messages in one place, giving you instant access to all aspects of your project from anywhere.

DOCUMENT MATRIX

The BIO Document Matrix allows projects owners to easily create tender packs to simplify and speed up the quoting process for your project teams by allowing them to quickly access the most relevant information with ease. Documents can be allocated by “Folder Group” or “Team Member”.

DOCUMENT TRANSMITTALS

Save considerable time developing transmittals. Using BIO transmittals are created automatically and issued when a set of documents are released to one or more preferred team members.

REPORTING TOOLS

BIO allows for instant visibility on the progress of your project. From day one you can generate reports to show:
