To get your documents online has never been so simple. BIO has a smart tool integrated into the system for document upload. If you have a number of documents to get online, load them as a zip file. Our system will automatically unzip them and place your documents on the site individually for easy access by your project team members.

The profile of our trade contractors and builders holds all of the information you need to ensure contract compliance from both ends. Access Workcover, Public Liability, Work Method Statements, Code Compliance Status and much more through our integrated Project Management System.
Fully Integrated Off Site Printing Facility
For those members who need access to documents printed to scale, BIO offers a built in printing facility and courier service to get your documents to your door. We have partnered with local printers in each Queensland region who offer printing from $0.22 for A3 and $1.10 for A1, along with a courier service from $4.10. This is an optional service for our members who need it. Keep yourself on the job and making money and never loose time chasing after documents again.
Subcontractors & Consultants - Create & Manage your own Projects
Our Subcontractors and Consultants can make the most of BIO's centralised Document Management Feature too. Create and mange your own projects online and choose from hundreds of other subcontractors and suppliers to link to. Perfect for when you need to expand your project team to manage an increased workload, hook up with other industry members to jointly tender or construct components of larger projects or simply to centralize your administration and ordering between you and your preferred suppliers.
The link between your Builder projects and your individual projects is seamless. If you are given access to a project through BIO and you then need to distribute this information to your suppliers or other consultants or sub trades, simply use our copy documents tool. There is no need to download, save or upload - our system will simply copy them across to your specified project. This is a great way to reduce your own cost of tender and information distribution as well as save a great deal of time.

Members are allowed to search, browse and add to the classifieds as and when they please with no restrictions.
Ads placed in the classifieds are posted free for 1 month. Please note that by adding an item to the classifieds will allow others to see your preferred contact number and email in order for them get hold of you and arrange purchase.
